As a coach and therapist, it’s easy to burn out.

I’ve always valued having an additional income stream alongside my client work — it brings balance and supports me during quieter months.

But not when it starts taking more time and energy, leaving me drained and less present for family and work.

What was meant to create flexibility… started to take it away.

I tried lecturing and teaching online, which I love — but it required a lot of preparation, juggling schedules, and working across different time zones.

Over time, I could feel my energy and time running low.

I wanted something I could build quietly, without needing to show my face.

Something that could fit around my client schedule — while giving me more flexibility for travel and family.

The truth? Most “online income” methods require:

❌ Too much time to do everything from scratch

❌ Too much tech to figure out on your own

❌ Committing to hours that aren’t always flexible or financially worthwhile

But when I found a done-for-you digital system, something shifted.

I realised I could build an additional income stream — completely separate from my client work.

Something that didn’t rely on my time, energy, or availability in the same way.

Something that could support my income - without taking me away from the work I care about.

The added benefit?

It didn’t just save me time and create income - it also gave me a simple, user-friendly structure to start building my own digital products.

So while the system was working for me, I was also developing the skills to create my own resources - allowing me to better support my clients over time.
